The MN Triton took over from the ML in 2009. While the design is over 10 years old, it is still extremely popular. The new engine a 2.5-litre (4D56) 4-cylinder turbo which responds very well to modifications & tuning. 

A common problem with the MN Triton 4D56 is turbocharger failure, air leaks, oil leaks and shaft play are some common symptoms that found in the original IHI VT16 and VT10 turbochargers.
