Warranty Policy

Aftermarket turbochargers sold by TurboPros are covered by a 24-month warranty, genuine turbochargers are covered by a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first), and intercoolers are covered by a 5-year warranty. Under this warranty policy, TurboPros may, at its discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement, or issue a refund. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact TurboPros so that we can assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.

Your warranty may be void if

  • The product has been destroyed, lost or damaged through no fault of ours.
  • The product has been misused, abused or subject to neglect, inadequate or improper care, damage or abnormal conditions.
  • The product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instruction, e.g., turbo oil feed line is not checked and cleaned or replaced when install the new turbo.
  • The product has been involved in an accident
  • The product has been damaged because of an incorrect attempt at installation, modification or repair, e.g., installation was not done by a qualified workshop/mechanic; liquid gasket or sealants is used on the turbo oil inlet or outlet.

To make a warranty claim, please complete and email the Warranty Form with proof of purchase (your invoice or order confirmation). Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. Turbopros will then assess your claim and contact you for further information. Once your claim has been assessed, Turbopros will issue a Return Authorisation Number for you to return the product. The product must be sent to Turbopros within 14 days of our email authorising return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

For aftermarket turbochragers, the outcome of the inspection should take no longer than 7 business days from the date the item is received by our service department. You will be notified via email or phone after that.

If the warranty claim is rejected, the item can be returned to you at your request and at your expense, with shipping cost not to exceed the original shipping cost.

Turbopros is not liable to pay any labour cost for fitting or re-fitting of a product under warranty.
