Return Policy

If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund. To be eligible for a return, all online and in-store purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchasing. We do not accept requests for returns after 30 days.

Any product being returned for change of mind must be at the buyer’s cost, fit for resale, in its original condition and package including all supplied components, e.g., gaskets, fittings, paperwork. Please ensure that your item is packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Return Process:

If you need to return an item, please follow the following process:

  • Email us your return request to sales@turbopros.com.au with your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  • We will review your request and, if applicable, issue a Return Authorization Number, which must be included on the address label of your return shipment. We do not accept the return of any goods without prior approval.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be charged on incorrect ordered products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchange must be request within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you bought the wrong product for your application, you can request an exchange within 14 days. You will have to pay any difference in price to the correct item, return shipping costs, AUD$10.0 repackage fee and shipping cost of the new item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details.

Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to the payment method you originally used if your refund has been approved. The refund will be processed within five business days.
